The service provided by Andrew was more than outstanding. In these difficult times of lockdown we had a very different sort of funeral for my Dad than we ever imagined. Andrew was there to assist at every turn and despite the fact we had a direct cremation it was carried out with the utmost dignity and respect. We could not have asked for more. Andrew and and his team were wonderful and Phillip who we dealt with initially answered all our questions. Me and my daughter were constantly reassured throughout everything and nothing was too much trouble. I was initially sceptical because everyone else had quoted about £ 3900 and they were saying they only charged 2000 but we were more than satisfied. It's not a "cheap" funeral...it's a wonderful funeral at half the price were were quoted by the others. On the day of the service Andrew explained everything. I really can't praise them enough, they made a VERY difficult time so much more easy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I can't believe it. £2,150 for a funeral for my brother and i tell you what you guys are absolutely amazing. I really can't thank you enough. When i first spotted the price i thought this is too good to be true there must be a hidden catch somewhere but no £2,150 is what i paid for everything, didn't have to pay for flowers because they were provided to us and we were able to pick from a selection, and also provided with free service sheets on the day all we had to do is provide two pictures. I chose People Before Profit Funerals for dads (Graham) service having called in to the office and spoken to Philip. I had already visited 2 others for quotes in Rawtenstall and and felt like I was getting the' hard sell' from them, I was only half way thought explaining what I wanted for dad and their estimate was already at £3,000. It wasn't about the price really, we chose Philip because he made us feel instantly at ease and in control of everything, he explained everything with such clarity. Having said that, everything we wanted was covered by their advertised price so we knew from the first conversation what were had to pay.

The day of the service was so dignified and professional, everything was done with respect and we were constantly told what was happening. The funeral director never left our side on the day and we knew dad was in safe hands from the start. The hearse was gleaming and the flowers they had organised were stunning on dads coffin.
I have no hesitation in recommending Philip and Andrew to anyone who wants a dignified and respectful funeral at a cost that is a fraction of what we were quoted elsewhere.
